All orders are sent from our Michigan location by USPS, or drop-shipped by the manufacturer. Orders within the US include delivery confirmation. International orders are not tracked or insured unless requested, and additional fees must be paid in advance of shipping, by the customer. Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours, or on the next business day. If the order will be delayed for shipment beyond that period, we will contact you to let you know.
