Nepal, a country of immense cultural wealth and topographical beauty, is in dire need of socioeconomic growth. By promoting community-based tourism, Educational, Agricultural, and Medicinal progress, we envision the enhancement of the quality of life and preservation of cultural heritage.

Project "Russia"
PELC's initial project (1993-1996) was the organization and administration of foreign medical education and cultural exchange in Russia, primarily for American students.

Project "Azores"
The beautiful Azores hold great potential for health and healing resorts and educational centers. PELC administers the collection of funds to develop clinical retreat center for American and European patients who seek the benefits of holistic medicine in a regenerating environment.

Project "Bali"
Sacred Mountain Sanctuary in Bali, Indonesia is the future site for a health and healing center/resort. PELC supports the formation of this resort by providing professional advice, networking contacts, and collection of funds.

Holistic Medical Education
PELC foundation sponsors seminars and lectures in the US and abroad. These events focus on various topics in holistic medicine and training of clinics and practitioners to implement the practice of integrative medicine.

Functional and Preventive Medicine Project
Most American clinics have not made functional medical tests and advanced preventive laboratory assessments available to the public. Additionally, other countries have never been exposed to the benefits of such tests. PELC's mission is to promote the utilization of these diagnostic tools by health professionals, to educate the public and healthcare practitioners about their therapeutic options, and to introduce these tests to places where they have never been available before.
