Come to the Ecopolitan monthly UnCooking Class With Becky - Ecopolitan's Chef.
"Brighten up your Winter with Raw Foods" - This month you'll get the opportunity to learn how to create delicious energy-boosting raw foods that will give you and your guests the kick you need to get through the last part of winter. The cost is $45 per person, please call (612-87-GREEN) or sign-up in person to register. Beware of signing up late: Classes fill up fast in summer.
