This transforming treatment starts with an Ayurvedic massage to relax the mind and body. Then a cascading stream of warmed herbal oil is directed onto the third eye of the forehead. The oil gently flows down into the scalp and hair. The oil is then massaged into the scalp followed by a pressure point facial massage.
Shirodhara is truly a full body, meditative experience, and wonderful way to relieve tension and migraine headaches.
